Education/Certification:
- High school diploma or GED
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in design, including multi-platform application, product, graphic design, digital media or related
- Portfolio required for review upon interview
Skills/Abilities:
- Adept in different data collection techniques and design products based on data analysis
- Demonstrated proficiency in information architecture, user flows and cross-platform flows
- Strong understanding of department vision, the development process and the interdependencies
- Understands the different frameworks of other teams outside the Product department
- Advanced ability to use originality, imagination and creativity in designs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of mobile interface design across multiple operating systems
- Strong knowledge in HTML/CSS
- Strong knowledge in working in our design programs
- Effectively builds and manages relationships across teams and functions
- Expert-level proficiency in design software such as Figma or Sketch
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in presenting recommendations to leadership
