Education/Certification:
Experience:
- 3-5 years in Human Resources, Leave or Benefits Administration
Skills/Abilities:
- Firm understanding and administration of FMLA, ADA, USERRA and HIPAA laws
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail- oriented with strong research and analytical skills and the interest in continued growth and learning
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees
- Demonstrates knowledge of Leave and Benefits Administration policies and practice
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Willingness and ability to prioritize work and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Outlook is required
