Education/Certification:
Experience:
- 2+ years of Systems Analyst or Systems Administration experience or 1 year of experience combined with a technical degree.
- Experience with systems implementation projects.
- Experience with production and disaster recovery systems/application support.
- Experience with script writing and scheduling.
- Knowledge and analytical skills of systems integration through web services, ETL, etc.
Knowledge of:
- System administration best practices

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Splunk searching, reporting and analysis
- Experience with any of: Microsoft Powershell, Python, Bash, SQL
- Understanding of Azure AD as an identity provider (for SSO).
- Has CompTIA, or vendor specific certification(s).
- Experience with systems implementations

- Experience with the Atlassian suite of products; Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence
