- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program at an accredited university
- Interest and aptitude for future internship and/or career in software sales
- Must be a Fall 2026, Spring 2027, Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 graduate to apply.
The Sales Summit is designed to be a recruitment and engagement strategy for college and university students that are interested in Paycom and are not part of one of our other internship programs. The intent of this program is to educate these students about Paycom, careers in the technology industry, and expand their understanding of potential roles after they graduate.
This program does not perform any work for the benefit of Paycom and is solely intended for educational and recruitment purposes.
We leverage our Applicant Tracking System to collect information from interested students prior to making selections for the program.
Those selected should not be set up as employees and, therefore, receive no compensation or benefits.
